From Eye Windows to Ball Joints
Rarely has the architecture of a building triggered such heated debate in Hamburg as the office building of Jürgen Mayer H. at 1 An der Alster. In part, this has to do with the prominent address (An der Alster is one of Hamburg’s most exclusive and prominent locations), but it also has to do with the design vocabulary, which is provocative for the Hanseatic city and has led local residents, as well as journalists, to ask themselves.
“Of course, as the owners we want the furnishings to match the elegant building,” says Melanie Graw, who is in charge of managing the property for TAS. For this reason, the real estate and investment company chose the USM Haller modular furniture system.
